The Gathering

Welcome! We are so glad you found your way to The Gathering. During this retreat weekend we are expanding our community of women who are looking to fill their cup, mingle with like minded women, network, relax in the lazy river, experience empowering workshops, enjoy all paces group runs or walking meditation, yoga, and to awaken your senses and find your purpose driven path. We are excited to welcome a community of women to Scottsdale, AZ every April in years to come. There will be a jam packed schedule but also personal one on one time, and a chance to hang with our leaders!

RETREAT General ITINERARY

  • Friday April 7th

    • 4-5 pm Check In at Host in Resort Scottsdale, AZ, meet our retreat Concierge. Check in at Hospitality!

      6:30-8 Grit and Growth Welcome Address Catered Dinner and Drink mixer

  • Saturday April 8

    • Yoga led by Tianna Madison, Olympic Gold Medalist, Author

    • 7:45 am HOKA group run led by Steph Bruce (all paces!)

    • 9-10 Breakfast on your own, explore the resort, use your Westin gift card

    • 11-12:30 Breakout Session

    • 12:30 Intro to pelvic floor health, hips core and more with Dr. Sara Tanza of Pelvic Potential

    • 1-3 FREE TIME: grab lunch, Lazy River, nap, read

    • 3-4 pm Olympic Gold and Silver Medalist, 2x World Champ Medalist, 4x USA Champion Dawn Harper Nelson- Getting your Workout in at home with little ones, Balancing Motherhood and Gold Medals

      6:30-8 pm Appetizers, happy hour: Elevate Women, Take Ownership, Confidence

    • 7 am Group run led by Steph Bruce and Sara Tanza

    • 8-9 am Breakfast on your own,

    • 9-10 am Grit and Growth Closing Remarks

    • 10 am Hotel Check Out, Goodbyes, Departures
