Mesa Marathon RETREAT ITINERARY

  • Thursday February 6th 2025

    • Check in 4-6 at Retreat houses, receive goodie bags, retreat schedule

    • 6-6:30 Appetizers, mix and mingle, Dinner

    • 7 p.m. Bonfire and Welcome to GRIT & GROWTH

  • Friday February 7th

    • 7:30-8 am freshly prepared Breakfast, coffee, tea

    • 8 am Wake up with Morning YOGA led by Tianna

    • 9-11 :  Outdoor adventures, hike, walk, run

    • 12 Intro to pelvic floor health with Sara

    • 12:45 Lunch

    • 1-5 Free time, Strength session, private massages,

    • 3-5 Pre race, check out course, race morning details, bibs, etc.

    • 6:00 Dinner

    • 7:00 Bonfire, Goal Setting, Letting Go of Fear

  • Saturday February 8th

    • 4 am wake up/breakfast, coffee, tea

    • 4:30 Depart Mesa Marathon race

    • 6-6:30 Race starts

    • 10 am Depart race and head back for Brunch, pool, relaxation

    • 11-5 Optional massage, Yoga, extra workshops from leaders

    • 6:30 Dinner

    • 8 Bonfire, Elevate Women, Take Ownership, Confidence

  • Sunday February 9th

    • 7-8 am Light Breakfast, coffee, tea

    • 8:30-9:30 Scenic Hike, Yoga , Photo ops

    • 9:30 BRUNCH/Coffee

    • 10:00 am Farewell and Departures from Grit and Growth (sad!)

    Your G&G registration includes:

    • 4 days + 3 nights of relaxation, hike/runs, and a full body and mind centering

    • Complimentary entry to Mesa 10k, half or full + lead up training plan written by Steph Bruce

    • Grit and Growth Leaders who are experts in their field will be part of your experience. Each is hand-picked to meet the target goals of Mindfulness, nutrition, connection, empowerment, female health, GRIT and GROWTH and each offers access to her expertise from start to finish of your Retreat Experience.

    • Airport pickup/drop-off from/to Phoenix Sky Harbor, all transportation covered for the entirety of your stay

    • Shared ccommodations in the 2 cozy Retreat houses, situated in Scottsdale, AZ.

    • ALL meals prepared fresh, with ALL food allergies catered to.

    • Connection to a micro-community of women who share your mindset and motivation to grow; access to incredible friendships that extend long after the retreat

    • Option to add on a 1 hour private therapeutic massage with Olivia Smith and Shea Tinder

    • Pelvic Floor lessons with Dr. Sara Tanza

    • Morning Yoga sessions led by Tianna B. (Olympic gold medalist in long jump)

    • Packages range from $1700 for shared room/yay friends to $2400 for a private room.
